  I went in a couple days ago with not much experience with buying a new iPhone, and I had so many questions and concerns regarding updates. I wanted to make sure that everything would save in my iCloud, so I’m not missing any information. Turns out before I could start syncing any data I needed to update my phone to the new iOS update so that took a long time to load, my messages wouldn’t sync to the new phone, and many other technical issues that had to be fixed before I set up anything. Bella waited patiently with me to get everything fixed and set up. She was so sweet and gracious to let me stay after store hours to help me because she knew I needed it. I really appreciated all her help and effort through this whole process. Definitely recommend going here. Bella is the sweetest!!!
