  I waited for the stuff to get to the counter maybe like 2mins and I was told everything I need to needed to be done online. If you need a phone great place to get one, I got hooked up with a great deal.

  Stop sign needs to be replaced coming into the street in front of your store next to ihop and at that intersection on waurika beside your store and at the opposite end behind your store in front of las palapas. A t-bone is waiting to happen because that is a 4way stop not a 3 way. Those lines need repainting too, so people know to stop. Already spoke to 311 on 6/11/26 and they said it’s the businesses responsibility to order and replace.

  My rep, Blanca, was nice but Cricket needs to get it together. A Moto Power 2026 was advertised for $39.99 as an add-a-line for aexisting customers but when I got to the counter, she said it scanned at $59.99 and that she couldn't adjust the price. Huh? Like...what the hell? There's no way I'M eating the cost of false advertisement. I've been with Cricket forever. If this is how the treat loyal customers, I'm considering taking my existing lines elsewhere. *** Aside from this, the strangest part was that in ALL COST SCENARIOS, $59.99 WASN'T an option. (I took pics but don't have the option to post them, unfortunately). How likely is that-- that the price she claimed it rang at ISN'T at least ONE of the assigned advertised prices? It makes me wonder if she was just gonna somehow pocket that money.
