  I went there because my cousin needed to have his new Samsung phone connected to Cricket for service and I was nothing but pleased. Misty and Jenn were totally polite, couteous, friendly and quite helpful in every way. Jenn had no problem connecting the new phone and Misty made us feel like she really wanted our business. The fee for the service was nominal and the whole process took less time than you would think. I would recommend going to this Cricket store for great service and, affordable fees.

  Fernando is awesome! I highly recommend. I've also dealt with Valentin as well with assistance, both very helpful. I high recommend this store.

  They service suck they have hidden fees, and the customer service is horrible. Don’t use cricket ever ever.

  Mayra was amazing and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She helped us get a great deal by adding new lines and upgrading to new phones on our plan. She was very friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was. Highly recommend asking for Mayra if you want someone who truly cares about helping customers!
