He not only upgraded me too a better plan, he also educated me on Why, and now a days people don't even take the time to do just that. They're just in a hurry to take your payment, sell you a phone and send you on your way. BUT, not Shawn. He actually provides me with the Best and Friendliest customer service everytime. I'm here to either make a payment or just ask questions in general concerning my service or my plan.
