  Worst Store EVER! Whomever was working the store on the morning of May 27, 2026 is extremely unprofessional and rude. I went to this location attempting to bring my own phone. I was told by the person working that she did not trust the phone I had and suggested I just purchase a phone. When I asked her to see if she could at least try to look at the phone her entire demeanour changed she became extremely rude and agitated and kicked me out of the store. I will never go to this location again.

  Horrible customer service, my sister and I went there earlier today because she needed help to actívate her esim, and the lady there was extremely rude she said that we needed to buy an accessory to “unlock” the system, which is a complete lie and straight up a scam, I do not recommend coming to this store and we will not be coming back because forcing customers to buy when we have already paid is unacceptable, we later went to another Store and we had no issue and we werent asked to pay anything extra, DO NOT COME TO THIS SCAM STORE‼️‼️‼️

  This store is a scam theyre making you buy accessories js to activate the e sim what a joke bro do not come here i wonder how much people have been give their money without a question! The lady was super rude and straight up told me to go to another store, this isnt the first time this happens i went to another store and they said the same thing it looks like all of their employees are the same. WHAT A SCAMMMMM
