  The two women at the front who greeted me were great—very helpful and professional. However, the manager (I’m assuming she was the manager), who came out from the back, handled the situation poorly. I felt like I was being racially profiled. I am a dark-complexioned Mexican, but I was clearly speaking English to the staff from the start. Despite hearing me speak English, she chose to address me in Spanish. I don’t take offense to someone speaking Spanish, but in this context, it felt unnecessary and inappropriate—especially since she herself did not speak it well. It made the interaction uncomfortable and came across as unprofessional. Even the two employees at the front seemed confused by her behavior, looked at each other, and apologized to me, saying they didn’t understand why she would do that. Overall, that part of the experience was disappointing and should be addressed.

  I had a really bad experience at this location. The lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. My uncle recently passed away, and I went in to try to transfer my grandma’s phone line to my account so she could keep her number. We also needed to make a payment on the line. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the account number because my uncle handled everything before he passed. I explained the situation and asked if there was any way she could help us find a solution. We had already called customer service and were advised to go to the store for assistance. Not to mention, we waited over 45 minutes just to be helped. When she finally spoke to us, she was still rude and even said she could refuse service because she hadn’t had a break. Instead of trying to help, she was dismissive and acted like there was nothing she could do. We ended up going to a different location where the staff was very kind and helpful, and they were able to resolve our situation without any problem. I honestly don’t understand why the first employee said there was no solution when clearly there was. It felt like she just didn’t care because we weren’t buying anything at the moment. Ironically, at the other location we ended up buying my grandma a new phone and adding a new line for my cousin, so her attitude cost that store a sale. The lack of empathy and professionalism, especially during a difficult time for our family, was extremely disappointing.

  Soooooo I called 24 different crickets Juliette was the reason I chose this location and we live 45 miles away. Her customer service she went out of the way she returned, promised calls. She called other locations and found the two phones I was looking for it was my brother’s birthday and I really wanted to make it special and she definitely made sure of that. Highly recommend.
