  Natalie was extremely helpful and was quick with my visit she was assisting other customers while assisting me on transferring my data to my new phone - at the same time she was also multitasking was. Natalie deserves a raise! Overall I was happy with my new phone & accessories I purchased will definitely recommend family/friends to come here.   Natalie was very helpful while me & my wife went to buy two accessories, she made our visit very fast & easy said how they offer home internet as low as $45-$47/mo that’s a steal !!! Thank you Natalie you were amazing 🤩 made us feel very welcomed.

  I went in to buy a phone for my son and had a really great experience. Natalie was very helpful from start to finish she was quick, attentive, and made the whole process easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find a great deal. They also have a lot of good discounts available, which made it even better. The store itself feels very welcoming and comfortable. I definitely recommend asking for Natalie if you go in! Walked out with a new phone & a case thank you Nat 🤩💕!

  I had a great experience with Natalie! I came in to buy an iPhone and ended up getting two cases as well. She was super quick, explained all the promos clearly, and made the whole process easy. 10/10 customer service — highly recommend asking for her!

  I went earlier today, and Natalie did a great job helping me. After having a bad experience at a previous cricket store, I was relieved to have somebody happily help me out. We even shared a few laughs. Thanks again, Natalie for making it a smooth transaction!! I’m very happy with my new phone.
