  The folks Lochte are excellent. Prompt, customer first focused. In addition pricing was sharp. Charles our rep could not have been better. We plan on sending all of our investment accounts to Lochte.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Rosie at Allstate. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Rosie made the insurance process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service. I highly recommend Rosie to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their insurance needs!

  Following the death of my husband, I called to remove him from the policy and to change the payment information for future premiums. I spoke to Jeri Kleiber who was most helpful in an efficient manner while being sympathetic and caring at the same time. She told me what was required of me in such a way that my addled thinking could comprehend and followed up quickly to my subsequent emails. She answered all questions easily and sufficiently. I couldn't be happier to have had her expertise and help at this stressful time in my life. I highly recommend Allstate for their coverage at lower rates than we were paying and for their compassionate, efficient agents.
