Sigo con ellos, por la cobertura de mi casa, desafortunadamente no más por coberturas de mis carros, pero Tanya Martínez siempre trato de conseguir y mejorar una mejor tarifa, hacia mis necesidades!!! El mejor servicio al cliente que he experimentado hasta ahora!!!!

  I have been with Allstate (The Annette Roberts-Rathwick Team) for over 10 years for both my home and auto insurance, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. They have always had my best interests in mind and consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Every six months, they take the time to review my policies to make sure I have the best coverage for my current situation while also looking for ways to save me money. I just got off the phone with Analy Neely, who happily spent about 45 minutes reviewing both my home and auto policies with me. She was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and was able to save me over $1,100 this year while actually improving my coverage. As a retired military veteran and real estate broker, I understand the importance of having the right coverage at a fair price. I continue to compare rates from other insurance companies every six months to make sure I’m getting the best value. Time and again, the Annette Roberts-Rathwick Team has provided some of the best rates I’ve found without sacrificing coverage or customer service. I’ve also had to file a few claims over the years, and every single time the Annette Roberts-Rathwick Team has been there to guide me through the process. They have always been responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to find an insurance agency that treats you like family instead of just another policy number. They don’t just sell insurance—they build long-term relationships and truly look out for their clients.   Mariah was amazing!! She saved me over $700 on my insurance premium and she was even able to bundle in renters insurance!! My deductible is also lower and I’m paying less than I was before!! I am very satisfied with the service I received and look forward to continuing with this insurance service. 10 out of 10!!!

  I received a fantastic quote that will save me money! My agent, Mariah, was wonderful—professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Mariah took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns, which I truly appreciated. Saving money is great, but pairing that with excellent customer service makes it even better. Thank you, Mariah! I will definitely be referring my friends to Allstate.
