  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chris at the Advance Auto Parts store in Stone Ridge Shopping Center in Stone Oak, San Antonio, Texas, provided outstanding customer service. I came in looking for advice on carnauba wax and Rain-X, and he took the time to explain the different options, how to apply them, and which products would work best for my needs. As someone who isn’t an expert in car care, I really appreciated his patience, honesty, and willingness to help. What stood out most was that Chris wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive products—he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the right products at the best value. It’s the small things that make a big difference, and his positive attitude and excellent customer service made for a great experience. Thank you, Chris, and Advance Auto Parts. Chris deserves recognition for his excellent attitude, professionalism, and commitment to helping customers. Great job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Truck broke down and I got this far with it, they checked the codes and there was one part needing replacement, Matt, helped me attempt to clean it since there wasn't a part available to replace till morning. That didn't work, so Matt ordered the part I needed and set me up with mobile mechanic at 9 AM. The part didn't work, Matt ordered an OEM part and had it delivered, mechanic returned at 3, I was on the road by 4:30. I have to tell you, Matt's service was impeccable, reminded me of when I was younger and service was the norm! I wouldn't hesitate to return here if I needed car help in San Antonio, they were more than willing to help and knowledge!
