  Last night I was a ding dong and while parking my car (Honda civic) I drove too far over the curb (my car is pretty low) so when backing up it grabbed my front bumper and broke the clips that holds it all together. This happened at my daughter’s back to school event, so she was with me. I figured it would be okay to drive but then I heard a scraping noise, so I drove to this advanced auto shop as it was the closest auto store. Walked in and I saw one of the store associates, maybe he was a manager (didn’t get his name, I was also embarrassed by my mishap) and he immediately offered to take a look and help. He helped put the bumper back and zip tied it together so the bottom part wouldn’t scrape against my tires. I asked what I owed and that I’d at least pay for the zip ties but he didn’t let me and just said get your daughter home safely. It warms my heart to see that there are people like this still in the world. I’ve come to this shop a few times and I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

  Was there 1st thing this morning Saturday. Brake light out on my Honda van. He wasvery helpful. Got me going real quick on my way to the office. Great Friendly service. Appreciated. Thanks

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chris at the Advance Auto Parts store in Stone Ridge Shopping Center in Stone Oak, San Antonio, Texas, provided outstanding customer service. I came in looking for advice on carnauba wax and Rain-X, and he took the time to explain the different options, how to apply them, and which products would work best for my needs. As someone who isn’t an expert in car care, I really appreciated his patience, honesty, and willingness to help. What stood out most was that Chris wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive products—he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the right products at the best value. It’s the small things that make a big difference, and his positive attitude and excellent customer service made for a great experience. Thank you, Chris, and Advance Auto Parts. Chris deserves recognition for his excellent attitude, professionalism, and commitment to helping customers. Great job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
