  This Advance Auto Parts on Bandera Rd. is by far the best out of the rest. This morning I was treated with unheard of genuine customer service by an AA gentleman. I believe he is a Manager, or someone who should be management! From now on I’ll drive the extra miles for this Advance location.

  "MOMMA, they don't make 'em like this NO MO'!!!" The above statement is a southern Black colloquialism used to express joy when you've received goods and or services that you can not find in very many places. Edward answered the phone and offered Supreme customer service even though I called 20 minutes before the store even opened. He was kind, attentive, Jovial, and very eager to assist me in spite of being closed. Upon arrival his generosity and positivite energy was literally bursting out of his poors!!! I told him I was the customer who called about the awesomely price Mobile 1 High Milage Oil (best price in town), and he immediately continued his royal treatment for me and a friend who came with. Thank you Edward and AA Parts for going above and beyond to service customers w solid pricing and superb customer services!!! 👏🏾 🙌🏾👍🏽💯🤗

  I would like to recognize Jorge M. for providing truly exceptional customer service while helping me purchase parts for my Toyota RAV4. Before coming to your store (Store #3077 Bandera Rd), I visited two other locations and received little to no customer service. Thankfully, Jorge completely changed my experience. From the moment he assisted me, he went above and beyond to ensure I found the correct parts and understood exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. Halfway through the purchase, I learned that Eddie B. was the manager. At that point, it all made sense why the service was so outstanding. Great customer service starts with great leadership, and it is clear that Eddie has built an excellent team that takes pride in delivering top-notch service to customers. Thank you, Jorge, for your tremendously exceptional customer service and for making what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.
