  Nothing friendly about their employees. Not one customer was in the store but both employees were too busy to assist me with my online order. Finally one guy comes and just had major attitude like he hates his job. Apparently the other worker was too busy playing on the computer to help. Thanks to those 2 workers I will never return to any of advance auto parts. Those 2 workers need to find another line of work because obviously they don’t like working with the public.

  Have been coming to this advance for many years and have always experienced great customer service! Yesterday, I was having problems with my battery and after a long day at work... it was not what I wanted to deal with. But, Ethan (advance employee) helped me quickly figure out what was the problem and double checked everything to make sure issue was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Provided great service from beginning to end. It's people like Ethan that make customers want to come back. Fyi, mgr was very helpful also! Thank you
