I cant stand your service into Junction! You never have regular drivers, no consistent deliveries without multiple calls. Your own workers say you ask them to come to work early without pay. I have asked ALL my deliveries to use UPS instead of you. Im sick of your phony excuses! And your ability to hide behind your automated service!

FEDEX lost a shipment originating from Pennsylvania. Sadly their automated answering systems have created barriers to solving the problem.
They have fixed it where it's impossible to get a human voice on the line to resolve the problem. Their customer service when something goes wrong is extremely deplorable. My shipment has been stuck in North Little Rock for 4 days and is not progressing towards the destination in Texas. There is no one I can talk to identify the problem, much less solve the problem.
