  Been standing in the store for about 15 minutes sweating because there is no air. The ONE employee is still taking care of the same person. It is absolutely ridiculous to have only ONE employee on duty. We pay for service and instead have to wait and roast for service. Poor staffing. Update: an hour in a hot store for 5 minutes of attempted help. She has no business working without supervision. She had no idea how to sell us a phone at upgraded price. She tried to get us to pay full price but we didn't fall for the scam. Nice try. Train your staff and teach them not to try scamming. I feel very bad for the people that were there before us an still there when we left. Luckily we know how to set up a phone or we'd still be there passed out from heat stroke. No apology, no nothing. We'll drive across town next time.
