  Don't use this company. When I first started with them...they had descent prices but raised them so high over the years. I switched and canceled them and they pulled money out my bank account through direct draft anyways. Furthermore secretary is rude. They actually had the nerve to turn me into a credit collection agency when I canceled them and showed them my declaration with a new policy. They even made it hard to get my new declaration policy ti them so it was hard to cancel with them.

  Professional friendly staff that answers your calls timely and can answer your question and resolve any concerns. Very seldom do I find that I have to repeat anything they are great listeners thT want to help! Great team!

  The Chris Galban agency has always responded quickly to our insurance needs whether writing new policies or making changes to existing policies. They have responded to our claims in an appropriate manner. Their rates have remained competitive.

  I very impressed with application processes. Was easy to see my saving and purchase my policy. The agency reps were all very friendly and still are!
