  The level of service provided by Chris Galvan and his staff is unsatisfactory as I was misinformed by one of his agents. When I brought it to his Chris Galvan’s attention he didn’t apologize. Later when we filed a claim the level of service with telephone customer service was horrible. I reached out to Chris and again I felt as though I was a nuisance. Melissa was also rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend his insurance agency as they use bait and switch tactics. “Allstate your insurance horrible hands” should be there moto.

  Don't use this company. When I first started with them...they had descent prices but raised them so high over the years. I switched and canceled them and they pulled money out my bank account through direct draft anyways. Furthermore secretary is rude. They actually had the nerve to turn me into a credit collection agency when I canceled them and showed them my declaration with a new policy. They even made it hard to get my new declaration policy ti them so it was hard to cancel with them.

  Terrible to work with. They are happy to get your money, not so good about returning it.

  I very impressed with application processes. Was easy to see my saving and purchase my policy. The agency reps were all very friendly and still are!
