  I want to say a huge thank to Ron... he took quick action to help on our order that door dash couldn't connect. All employees I spoke with where very friendly and willing to help the best way they could. One of the best locations in NFW.

  I have a question: Why do you make me wait 30 to 40 minutes if, in the end, you’re just going to serve me cold chicken that isn’t freshly cooked? The same goes for the French fries. You offer an option to have them cooked longer so they’re crispier and more well-done, yet you still serve them the exact opposite of how I requested them. First of all, don’t offer customers the option to choose how their food is cooked if you’re not going to respect their requests. Secondly, don’t make people wait so long only to serve them cold food instead of a freshly cooked meal. At the end of the day, we’re PAYING for that food. And quite frankly, I don’t think that’s fair.

  This location does not accept cash. Apparently they have not accepted cash in 2 years. I was just trying to buy a side of ranch for $1.95. they said sorry and did not offer any other solution.

  I am so incredibly grateful for the manager working approximately 6:14pm!!! For some reason whoever packaged the box put all of the wings in the black star Styrofoam box we ordered 20 wings and I’m allergic to lemon pepper, which is something my boyfriend ordered. we called and spoke to the manager and he asked us to bring the receipt. He was very kind and service was immaculate. He remade everything for us and I am so thankful for that. Definitely coming back!!!

  Every time I come here the workers have no sense of urgency or they will stand at stare at me like I’m not waiting on them. Today I came in waited in line just to be skipped because one of the workers knew a customer that came in and told me the other girl will be with me in a minute mind you she was busy doing something else. My bag was also soaked with grease but I didn’t notice till to late so it soaked into the seats of my car. Also I was missing items. My tenders were also not tenders. Just little pieces that were mostly breading no chicken. Waste of time and money
