    Horrible encounter with this branch. My husband pre ordered the food 2 hours prior just to SURE we’ll have in time for the party. When he came to pick it up, nothing is ready yet and even told to wait 20 more minutes. This order was already paid for cause its a bulk order of 75pc Classic pack. This branch had serious retraining to do!

    I enjoy Wingstop’s food, but the experience as a delivery driver has been consistently frustrating. This location is almost always behind schedule, and orders are rarely ready at the promised pickup time. In many cases, drivers end up waiting an additional 10–15 minutes or more after the app says the order is ready. What makes this even more disappointing is that the menu is relatively simple compared to many other restaurants. The issue doesn’t seem to be the complexity of the food—it appears to be a problem with organization and time management. As delivery drivers, our income depends on completing orders efficiently. Constant delays cost us time and money, and unfortunately, this location has become so unreliable that I have paused Wingstop orders in my delivery app and no longer accept them. I hope management takes a closer look at the pickup process because it needs significant improvement.

    I order some wings because I was on my break and I placed the order at 10:04am and stopped to use the bathroom and by the time I came out it was 10:20 and they was still working on my order and they were just sitting there on their phones like if they didn’t have a order to make I’ve never had this problem before but it’s 2 young gentleman that was just on their phones sitting there and I asked about my order and he said we are still making it you have no customers your store is not busy, I don’t understand how it takes this long to make a 6pc and some fries, them gentlemen don’t take their job seriously and they just be standing there on their phones very poor customer service. The food was even nasty it was all greasy and you couldn’t even taste the flavor or the lemon pepper and it made me sick I had got sick right after I ate it. Nasty people can’t even make the wings right
