  I visited this Cricket store around 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 12, with my grandmother, who was looking to purchase a phone. Unfortunately, our experience was quite unpleasant. The woman at the front desk seemed uninterested and gave one-word answers to our questions, making the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and dismissive. My grandmother, was discouraged by the lack of helpfulness and the overall unfriendliness of this women. After just a few minutes, we decided to leave. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when we're trying to make an important purchase. I hope the staff improves their approach and treats customers with more respect someday. And It's a shame, because I liked this store.

  Husband went in to buy air pods and they sold him some fake headphones. Had to call police cuz they didn't want to give a refund. No refund policy stated anywhere in store. It comes out on receipt after you pay for them. Once you pay for them you got got.
