  Awesome place, my wife told me there’s a UPS store close to us now. I am glad she did and I don’t have to drive all the way to Heath anymore. Very convenient. In and out 2 minutes. Very nice guys working!

  The store handled a constant inflow of Amazon returns and remained kind and friendly for each customer. They listened to every person’s needs and were incredibly helpful. Abdul helped me figure out a printing job and took extra care to protect and count the documents. Outstanding customer service and troubleshooting even under pressure.

  I was in the store today doing an Amazon return when a man became extremely aggressive in the store calling the associate and myself terrible names over a $2.99 mailer. The employee handled the situation perfectly and professional.

  If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Every Official The UPS store (not an outlet) should be able to assist with ID.me .... this store can not. However this is not the issue. When asked to refer me to another official The UPS store he told me to Google it. I explained it just gives me the nearest outlet, not an official store. He then HUNG UP ON ME.
