  Jacob at Cricket Wireless was really nice and super helpful. He helped me get a new number on my Samsung Galaxy A16 and even installed my screen protector and case for me. Great customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back here and bringing my family soon!

  I'm from Chicago and I'm in royse city Texas and my phone started acting up and thank God for Susie the store manager at cricket store in royse city Texas I had a question I asked susie how long have working here she said 2 years I tried to put an NIV app anyway she did a fantastic job My phone was locked up it was crashing everything was happening it was like living in Chicago but she was able to get my phone working again with no problems
