Went here a week ago to open another phone line. The salesman at the counter mess up on all my 5 lines. Charge me for a 6 line which was not allowed on my plan. He didn’t ask me what I wanted. He automatically charge me for the $60 plan and charge for an activation fee. Mind you I have my own phone. So I’m not getting a phone from them. I didn’t want a $60 plan. I went in there to add a line for the $35 plan. He was not helpful and he mess up my whole account. Now it been a week and I’m had been calling Cricket every two day to cancel the 6 line he created. What he should had done was leave my 5 lines alone and just open a separate account for the $35 plan. Whoever the owner of this cricket store. Need to get him straightened. Oh by the way the young lady who work with him that day was very lost herself.
