Lady did not pay attention to what I said and messed up my wife's sandwich. Went back they made new sandwich and didn't charge but she complained the whole.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service
My experience at this location was honestly unbelievable. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing to order a sandwich and a few snacks. From the moment I walked in, the interaction was negative.
Before I even had a chance to speak or look at the menu, I was immediately asked, “Who are you picking up for?” The employee automatically assumed I was a rideshare or delivery driver instead of a customer. There was no greeting, no welcome — just an assumption. When I clarified that I was there to place an order, it was brushed off as if nothing had happened.
While ordering my sandwich, I politely asked if they could add one or two extra slices of American cheese, which is a very small and inexpensive request that many places accommodate without any issue. The employee who told me her name was Diana reacted with visible frustration and attitude.
Instead of handling the request professionally, she made it clear she was annoyed and then added the cheese in a way that forced me to pay extra for it. She even said that her supervisor was watching the cameras and that she could get terminated if she gave an extra slice of cheese. I honestly couldn’t tell if she was joking or serious, but either way it was extremely unprofessional to say that to a customer.
The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and hostile over something as simple as a slice of cheese. Customer service should never make someone feel like they are asking for something outrageous when it is a very minor request.
Overall, the experience left a bad impression. Customers should be greeted respectfully and treated with basic courtesy — not assumed to be delivery drivers and certainly not made to feel like they are causing problems for ordering food.

These folks are terrific! Always get the order right. And even when there are oddities. The young person that I see there normally is truly awesome and has great attention. Thank you!

$48 on app and they cant get the order right. Like HEATING a meatball sub. (Its cold) They cant rmember to cut it in half.
