  The Hispanic lady at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the job she was doing. It took her only about 10 minutes do set up my package and I was all set up.

  I needed to print out my documents so I came to this FedEx branch in Walmart. I am a new comer to United States and it was my first experience to printing something. There was a printer device which was working through a tablet and requires you pay in advance to let you print! It changed me about 75$ to print 6 documents ( about 40 pages). Also as a new comer i had no idea how to send my files to printer. As in whole world you can easily connect your phone to printer except in USA apparently!! But the employee explained rudely that it's against policy and law to connect your phone to printer. This is not how you behave with a customer.. especially if he is immigrant and its rude to laugh behind him. Dear FedEx store manager please held a meeting for employees and teach them customers may be any type of residents and may need help.. instead of mocking and speaking rude..come and help them. Thanks

  Missing package: The tracking information shows my package was delivered to this address, which I chose because it was supposed to arrive faster than shipping to my home. However, I arrived about four hours after the delivery scan, and the staff on site informed me they do not have the package. My tracking details also show that someone listed as “CWELLS” signed for it. I’m confused as to how a package can be marked delivered and signed for at a FedEx location, yet the facility is unable to locate it. I will now need to open a dispute to resolve this issue. Lesson learned—next time I will have packages delivered directly to my home address.

  Very poor customer service. The lady at the front consistently appears occupied with other tasks and makes customers wait unnecessarily. I felt ignored and unwelcome & is not happening first time already. I would not recommend this location.
