  Brenda over there just doesn’t belong there she was being super mean to the fact she racially profiled me calling me slurs and asking me to leave before I can check my order she even threatened me to call the cops on me if I don’t leave the store without checking the bag??? Seriously? That’s what Wingstop is doing now? Threatening to leave the store without even checking if they got my order right or no which they hardly do that why I was confirming in the first place. @Wingstop management contact me asap to take some action against Brenda.

  Well, not much I can say for a WING STOP that serves the way they serve, I ordered Spicy Korean Q “bottom of picture” and Original Hot “top of picture”and this is how they served us, what poor way to make this chicken the way they did! Seriously makes you wonder where is the responsibility and Management when you mostly need it, or is it the employees they hire? Are they irresponsible? Or unfamiliar with how to make this food?. It’s a shame how different locations cooks it a different way. Shameful!!!

  I went in today and was super hungry. The staff was very friendly and smiled when she greeted people at the cashier station. Wings were delicious and hot. Haven't been in awhile and was delighted with my order. Keep up the great job ya'll!!!

  Yeah... Just don't go here. There are so many other WingStop locations. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, even though they let me down on two other locations. Today is the World Cup. THE WORLD CUP!! You would think they would be adequately staffed and ready to handle orders... WRONG! You would be wrong! My order was to be ready at the latest 2:07PM. I got there at 2:28PM to a lobby full of people, a board full of orders, and 3 people in the kitchen working at a sloth's pace. I have never seen such nonchalant workers in my life. I asked the young guy who was trying to manage everything if they realized today was the World Cup. He laughed a little and just said yes. As he was going through the board, I pointed him to my name and asked how long before my order would be finished. He paused and then said in 40-45 minutes. I hit the roof internally, because honestly!! I ordered well in advance, and even showed up late to ensure it would be done. I didn't say anything else. I didn't ask any other questions. I didn't verbally abuse anyone. I just left and went back home. Not just because of the time, but seriously... To see all of the orders that needed to be prepared and to see workers dragging like they were... It was just maddening and sickening. I hope when I go back my order is ready. I also hope it's correct. I had a pretty large order, and we're sitting watching the game hungry. Oh well... Right now, I'm just on here to ask you to go somewhere else. For the love of God, don't come here. I don't think I have ever been this disappointed with an establishment, and again, this is their third time disappointing me. This time has just been the worse.
