  UPDATED in response to the owner's reply. You don't need multiple bids. You pick the first company that's available and you get it replaced immediately regardless of the cost. My next contact will be with OSHA. *** A/C has been broken for 3 WEEKS in 100°+ Texas heat. The store is a sweatbox and the poor staff look physically broken. I will not support a business that subiects its workers to dangerous, inhumane conditions. Fix the air conditioning!

  The UPS Store: My Amazon Return Sanctuary If there were frequent‑flyer miles for Amazon returns, I’d be Platinum Elite—and the UPS Store would be my home airport. I pop in so often I’m pretty sure they know the exact shape of my “I promise this is the last return” face. The staff here is super friendly every single time. Not “corporate training video” friendly—actual human friendly. The kind where they greet you like a regular without making you question your life choices for ordering the wrong thing again. And the speed? Lightning. I walk in, hand over a QR code, and before I can even finish the internal monologue of “I should really stop buying things at 11 PM,” they’ve already scanned it, printed it, boxed it, and sent it off to the great Amazon warehouse in the sky. It’s efficient, it’s painless, and it’s honestly the closest thing to a spa day for my online‑shopping guilt. Five stars. If returning stuff were an Olympic sport, this UPS Store would coach the team.
