  I just went in to ship some boxes, I believe the thing at the counter (i say thing because of how rude she was) named Roxanne i believe said hi. Once I got to the counter and began the transaction she told me in a very rude Firm voice I had the wrong boxes. She then just stated at me and rolled her eyes once I said I didnt understand. After that she then tried to sell me an overpriced box that was way larger than I needed. I relented and bought the box as she was belittling me saying I didnt understand boxes because I dont work with them, that's no at all how you treat a customer. Once I saw the final price I gave a jokingly "that's pricey" response as it seemed very high. She once again attacked me with her words and glaring at me, I definitely wont be coming back to this store and warning anyone that needs to deliver something not to use this store. Roxanne has horrific customer service and hopefully she doesn't do that to everyone, though I doubt that.

  I recently stopped by to return an Amazon package, and this blonde employee, I think her name was Katie, made the whole process quick and easy. She was friendly from the moment I walked in and got me taken care of in just a few minutes. Even though the store was busy, she stayed professional and had a great attitude. Customer service like that really stands out these days. I appreciate how helpful and efficient she was, and I'll definitely continue using this UPS Store for my returns and shipping needs.

  A petite young with blonde hair helping. Very unpleasant person. I asked for some tape and she intentionally avoided my question, proceeded to give me a return slip. Then my husband asked her for some tape since I think he thought she didn't hear me, and she yelled, "I got it! You can just leave the box here." I also did notice how she told a white person hi, but didn't welcome us with the same entrance. I think this may go beyond lessons in customer service but please UPS do better. I've never been treated that way here. Ever.

  I Arrived at 8:55am and there were already about 10 individuals waiting for the store to open. At 9:00am sharp the young lady promptly opened the main door and executed each customer with ease along with greeting every one individually as they walked through the door. I waited in my vehicle until 9:05am and then proceeded to walk in. There were two people ahead of me. I was taken care of with professionalism within minutes. I asked the lady that was working alone her name because I was impressed with the super great job and she stated her name was Katie ☺️ I asked if I could complete a review for her because I witnessed her amazing work ethic!! She handled everything with ease and confidence.

  Jakob went above and beyond helping and knew all about my return with such a beautiful smile and great attitude. The person from the day prior did not help and told me the day before wouldn’t help me and said I needed to go home and print out the mailing address. Again, Jacob was amazing and went above and beyond. Jacob should get a raise or at least employee of the month.
