  Trying to return a big package. Walked in and walked up to as associate to ask if I could use the dolly (she wasn’t currently helping anyone). She completely ignored me and walked away. Had to wait in a long line to finally get a response that would have taken 2 seconds. Then walk back out to get the package and wait in line again. I don’t think it would have been difficult for a quick response the first time instead of being rude.

  Juliet, the assistant manager was simply amazing. A gentleman was helping and she came over and suggested a different box to pack it in with additional padding (a lamp), she was so helpful and professional. She should be in the corporate office!! Truly this is the UPS store I always use and everybody has always been very welcoming and friendly and helpful. This is the case in other stores around me so I really appreciate their excellent customer service. They’re all great.

  I have a mailbox here and my only wish is that they stayed open until 7pm like other UPS locations in the area.

  This establishment has wonderful customer service. They are very attentive to each customer. I highly recommend this UPS location to all customers
