  I enjoy every time I walk into this store, the staff are amazing and miss gaylin is such a sweet heart. I highly recommend this subway compared to others.

  Thank you to the General Manager, Sergio and the other staff member for your great customer service. The moment I walked into the store I was greeted with smiles and politeness. The store was clean, well as the bathroom. Customer service has always been great every time I come here on my lunch break. My sub sandwich was delicious!

  They noted that there is no ice; the problem could be solved by getting a bag of ice. The staff are neither friendly nor helpful.

  My experience at this Subway was very disappointing. The staff treated us with an unprofessional attitude from the moment we arrived. They told us they were out of cookies, even though there were clearly cookies available. They also refused to give us ice for no valid reason. To make matters worse, one of our sandwiches had a piece of plastic inside it, and when we brought it to their attention, they didn’t want to replace it. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I honestly cannot recommend this location to anyone.

  It was bugs flying around in the cookies the lettuce was brown and when i fixed my drink a bug was frozen in my ice and when i asked could I get a bottle drink and that i would pay the difference i was told No , it was a dead spider by the drink machine as well not sure who cleaning or if they are cleaning at all but the place was dirty. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION
