I went into the store to punches a new purse . After realizing that I left my card at home , I asked them to put it a side for me and told them that I be back I a hour or so . After returning back to the store , they had a little line going outside the store , after waiting for a few minutes I asked the young lady why there is a line , she replied with there are to many people inside that’s why . Ok I replied.
Finely I was able to go inside went straight to the counter and was looking for my purse, but I didn’t see it there , so I told the young lady that the purse looks just like the one behind her on the counter but this one had gold in it and the one I picked had silver embroidery. At that time the store manager Will , replied to me in a very rude way . I don’t appreciate the way he approached the situation. Anyway the young lady went to the back and found my purse after all . I then asked her to write that guys name on it (manager) ask she replied he is the manager. I asked for a customer service number and Will told the young lady that’s all you will give her ( rude and disrespectful) . She then also said that I was rude to her outside , I guess she didn’t wanted to be bothered by my question why we have to be waiting in line . I have made very many purchases from this store over many years , but I will refuse to be given them my money any more . This so called manager needs to go to a customer service class and so does the young lady who was cracking my out . I should have left without making a purchase today . I will never return to this location again .
After reading some off the customer comments, I’m am not the only one who was having a problem will Will .
Please train your staff so this issue is not a problem in the future.

I would like to share a concern about an unpleasant experience I had at your store.

My friend and I went to the store to buy a bag. When we asked about a new one that was still in plastic wrapping, the staff told us that there were no more new ones available and that only two bags were left.
We then asked if we could look at the other bag that was on the shelf so we could compare them and choose the best one. The bag was placed higher up, so it needed to be reached and taken down.
However, the manager seemed irritated and spoke to us in an unfriendly tone, saying that the bag had just been taken out of the plastic wrapping for display less than two weeks ago.
As customers, we believe it is reasonable to compare the items in order to choose the best one, especially when there are only two bags left. Naturally, we would want to select the one in the best condition with the fewest marks.
I would also like to mention that the other staff
members were very kind and helpful, and we appreciated their service.

The manager at this location was incredibly rude. She kicked us out, saying, “You are not customers, so you do not belong here.” Then, she proceeded to tell her colleagues to “keep an eye on them; they look like they will steal.” How rude is it to kick us out while implying we might steal? First of all, we were waiting for another employee to check if a certain piece of merchandise was available, which is why we were standing around. It was a terrible experience. I couldn’t get the manager’s name in time. She was extremely rude and seemed to have a god complex. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this outlet. Would give zero stars if I could.
