  I had such a great experience at the FedEx inside the Walmart Supercenter, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Steve! From the moment I walked up to the counter, his friendly demeanor and positive energy completely changed the vibe of what could have been a routine errand. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what stood out most was his attitude. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, answered my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I also want to give credit to the amazing female associate who helped me out last week(I wish I remembered her name). She was just as warm, attentive, and helpful. It’s refreshing to see people who take pride in their work and treat customers with kindness and professionalism. 10/10 experience!

  Hello, my name is Helen and and I'm a notary, my scanner broke on me. I had a deadline to return loan documents. Jaxxon, was there instead of Liz. He saw how stressed I was, being I was so late returning my documents. He assisted me with the scanner, showed me how to upload all 140 pages to my flash drive and all with a smile. He's very polite and compassionate. H3 could have told me that he didn't have time or figure it out myself, however he was very patient and helpful then sealed all 140 pages up. God bless this young man. Please KEEP HIM HERE. Thanks Jax! Always in my prayers. And if a real human reads this, please tell him what I said. He's a LIFE SAVER! He helped a stranger (me) to help another stamger get the keys to her house today! Thanks Helen

  Hi, i've used this FedEx office a few times and i'm very satisfied with the service. In my most recent visit Melody help me with things are she is a wonderful individual. I can say all the staff in this location are super friendly and they know what they are doing exactly. I highly recommend this little FedEx office (4700 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665).

  Absolutely wonderful service. My first time using this location and I couldn’t be more pleased. My package arrived earlier than expected and in perfect shape.
