  By far the worst customer service ever. Thankfully, due to the bad service I found a DHL location only 2 miles away where there is no waiting, excellent customer service and it’s cheaper. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

  Not a good experience at all... Lady at the countertop was so lazy that she's scan my fragile package and drop it and some container... I understand this is convenient for customers but you should definitely ask before you do that ... pathetic.

  Marcaya, thank you for helping me - excellent customer service! Staff here are very helpful. Marcaya, helped me with printing, gave me envelopes to protect my documents and provided a welcoming and easy visit! Highly recommended.

  Super unpleasant experience. Amazon return gone wrong. I followed amazons instructions to return 2 items and then was told I’d need to buy a $13 box into order to ship the items even though I followed the instructions provided by Amazon.
