  ABSOLUTELY insane. First off, the young man was in the back when I walked in. When he does come to the front his greets me with a shhhh, as if whoever's on the phone doesn't realize he works as a public salesperson!! When I finally got eye contact his had ALL these love marks (hickeys). I was grossed out immediately; not only that, he wasn't knowledgeable about cricket products, argumentative with a potential customer, inattentive to his position, and to the whole store. He had a lot of ignorant words to say, but nothing pertaining to his job and the issues of cricket!!!! Young people shouldn't be allowed to operate a whole store of sales that relies on their ability to conduct themselves appropriately. And to add that his was dismissive and unnecessary, childish behavior that wasn't needed in a sales environment. I understand why it's important now that AI will be a more productive move for businesses, plus MORE intelligent. I went right to walmart an purchase a prepaid phone with a salesman who was polite, informative, and glad to help. THANKS WAL-MART

  I had a great experience yesterday Sunday 8\2 at the Round Rock location next to Pluckers restaurant. The Young Agent Irides was EXCELLENT 👍👍
