  Last year, I paid my homeowners insurance in full for 1 year, which saves me a few hundred dollarars each year. I paid on their app, clicked pay in full. Good through June 2, 2026. In February this year, they started emailing me that I owed them more money, over $200, for the rest of the year. I called them about it and said that that I had paid in full, from their app. Could not have entered in a different amount to pay. Thet agreed. Told me they'd check it out and get back with me the same day. Never got a call back. Kept getting emails or texts that I owed more money. I would call them. They said they would get back to me the same day. Never did. Five or six times. I asked to talk to Jason Lee. He was never available. I texted and emailed him with no reply. I don't know why an insurance agent would not reach out to his constituent. It's like he doesn't exist. Now they have sent this to a credit collection agency and has affected my credit rating. I have filed a complaint with th TDI but no reply yet. I've had this company for years, and they always treated me well. I don't know why things have changed. I suspect it's the main company, but I don't know why my local company and agent won't reach out or help me.

  In a panic I contacted Allstate by phone. My homeowner insurance company went out of business and I needed a policy! Kent took such great care of me I asked him to be my agent FOREVER! He was very knowledgeable, and if he could not immediately answer my question he was purposeful in getting back to me. IHe absolutely worked it out for me. By COB I had a great policy customized for ME and some assurances for my home. Thanks Kent and Jason Lee: Allstate Insurance!

  Great customer service, very friendly and help me with all my questions on my car insurance. Would recommend any friends and family.
