Manager was highly unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. Cashier couldn’t find the order to cancel GM got on phone found the order then refused to give a refund for an order I’m not getting. I would like to speak to the district manager. There is always problems going on at this store.

Karma was absolutely a doll she took care of me while the line was backed up . She was the only person working front and she was calm nice and very helpful. Thank you KARMA💓

Order was late 15 minutes. Fries was put in the bag sideways so half the fries fell to the bottom. These are the same cold fries that were sitting out for over 15 min on the side of the counter that they put into the bags once the order was ready

I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. I placed an order that did not taste right at all, and when I tried to address the issue, the situation only got worse.
First, when I called the store to report the problem, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes with no follow-up or callback. When I called back, the employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I was then directed to the manager, who was also unprofessional and showed no concern for resolving the issue.
It escalated further when I contacted the general manager. Instead of addressing my complaint respectfully, they were overly rude and made comments like, “whatever, do you want the credit or not?”—which was completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with a basic level of respect, not spoken to as if I’m an inconvenience.
I have been coming to this location for years because it’s the closest to my home, but the service has consistently declined in food quality & cleanliness. This experience was the worst yet. It felt like the staff had no regard for customer service or the fact that customers are the reason the business operates.
I would appreciate it if a district manager could reach out to me regarding this situation. This level of service does not reflect well on the brand, and it needs to be addressed.
