i wish i could give 0 stars the female employee was so rude in speech as soon as i got up she was rude in tone not speaking clear English AT ALL she could not even make 1 proper sentence in English while being so mean when i am clearly trying to understand her as i left other customers also told her how rude she was and she yelled to not come back to this store.
Such poor behavior, i been here multiple times and everytime its her its a problem with no clear instructions on what needs to be done by me to get this unprofessional extremely frustrating interaction done for but she can't possibly be any of help after i have a very long tiring day.

Dear Store Manager / Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding a highly disappointing experience at your store on June 10th.
As a long-time, quiet customer who visits frequently, I have always experienced wonderful service from your team. However, I recently had a very upsetting interaction with one of your employees, a female staff member with very long hair. Mind you I recently had hip surgery, I use a cane and had a long day of physical therapy so I just wanted to get in and out like i normally do.. When I approached her for two returns, she was immediately short with me and spoke to me in a highly condescending manner. She rudely demanded that I lay my phone flat so she can scan it. When I asked her to stop being rude, she became hostile, telling me to scan the items myself trying to give me the scanner because I told her she was rude. I politely reminded her that I did nothing to warrant this treatment and just wanted to complete my transaction. Even as I left the store, she continued to make negative remarks about me in front of other customers.
I understand that retail can be difficult, but I did not cause her bad mood, and customers should not be subjected to hostile behavior. I have witnessed this employee speak negatively about and to customers on multiple occasions.
I am bringing this to your attention because I want to ensure other customers are not treated this way. Because of this incident, I will be having my husband handle my returns and shopping at this location moving forward. Please address this with the employee. I will be sending a letter to someone higher up as well about this situation at this location.

My mom went to return a package and I told her they could help her there but apparently not.
The fist thing they said was that she needed to print the ticket or wtv it’s call to put it on the box with tape which is crazy because don’t they do that there well I guess I was wrong she went to Office Depot which is across the street and she bought the tape too she did what they told her to do and when she went back they said no that she needed another box to put it in and put the ticket on top w tape and I asked him I was on the phone if he could sell her one and why he don’t said that the first time she was there asking for help plus don’t this store have all these stuff already and while I was on the phone they were helping everybody else in the store and I told her to leave and go to FedEx instead. I don’t know about packages beaded does she but I believe she did a good job. Or just go to the post office they gonna help you way better over there

This place is a joke the manager is so rude, I went here few days ago and happens to be the manager is talking to someone while dealing with customers in a foreign language and when my turn comes up he takes out his phone and starts texting and then starts to talk on the call ignoring me for good 10mins I went to the other guy and he doesn't even know how to do shipment I was like how can you work at UPS and not know how to do shipment he goes am new here while the manager is still talking to someone he calls me and says I will help you he does help me while speaking on call to someone else every few seconds and being harsh in talking to me which was very unprofessional!!!! I kept on needing to ask for his attention! I will never come back here never in a million years, and some how the shipping price was WAY more than I usually pay, he kept on getting my address wrong I was left in shock by this store not to mention the intense amount of heat in the store while waiting in line.

This place is a joke. We do not have a printer so when I went inside I asked if there was somewhere we could print the return labels. They said sure there’s a computer right there you can use and the QR code for WiFi. Great. So I print out my labels and I bring it to the counter for return. He takes one of my orders while being super rude. As I go to hand him the next order he tells me I need a box. I ask if we can just use the box the items came in and he tells me no it’s too big. I said okay I’ll take my items to the other return location then. He then says well wait! Let me talk to my manager. The manager said the box is too big you need to buy another box. I again said fine, I’ll take it to the other location where a box is not needed. He then said oh the box is fine. So he comes back and continues to check in my items. Then goes oh and you need to pay for tape. At that point it’s really too much trouble and so I take my stuff and I start to leave. They then stop me and tell me I have to pay for using their computer and per page that I printed. I asked why he didn’t mention it when I asked if I could print something and he goes well you didn't ask. I then asked why there was nothing posted that there was a charge to use the computer and printer and he shrugs and goes idk. I guess I’ll have to ask the manager. The manager in question was watching this whole exchange happen.
