  I was out of town my son is in the same insurance as me and he needed a copy of our insurance card. But even with policy number his and my drives license number they told my son we did not have insurance since last year. I knew it was not true very low customer service no good

  I had an A+ experience working with Sandra at JDC Insurance / Allstate. She was friendly, upbeat, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Sandra took the time to review my policy with me so I fully understood my coverage, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped identify smart ways to structure the policy. Most importantly, she saved me some great money while still making sure I had the coverage I needed. She also recommended products that actually made sense for my situation, rather than just trying to add unnecessary items. She was responsive, made policy changes quickly, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude.   Really appreciated Karina's help as I was shopping auto insurance rates. Karina was professional , very knowledgeable and most of all very patient with answering all of my questions. She made me feel like I was very important and her only customer. Much like i was used to back when clients had relationships with their insurance agents. She offered very competitive rates and options. I highly recommend and look forward to doing business with her for years to come. Thank you Karina , you definitely are a great ambassador for Allstate.
