  I had an A+ experience working with Sandra at JDC Insurance / Allstate. She was friendly, upbeat, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Sandra took the time to review my policy with me so I fully understood my coverage, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped identify smart ways to structure the policy. Most importantly, she saved me some great money while still making sure I had the coverage I needed. She also recommended products that actually made sense for my situation, rather than just trying to add unnecessary items. She was responsive, made policy changes quickly, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude. Highly recommend Sandra and the JDC Insurance team.

  Shopping for HO and Auto insurance can be stressful, especially in these times. Karina changed all that with her courtesy, helpful and friendly service. She worked hard to find any discounts that could be applied and get the best policy premium available. Allstate and its clients will benefit from having Karina as part of their team.   Karina White is most wonderful! I was dreading calling, but then Karina answered and everything just got better. My agent had retired, in the first seconds on the phone she started looking over my account and said she'd call back right away. I thought sure, I had called at almost 5pm, but she actually called me within five minutes with an answer tip my long question. I used to teach customer service, Karina's attitude can't be taught, she is exceptional. You have won a customer for life. Thank you
