  I stopped by the FedEx location in Rockwall on Tuesday, July 14, to mail some documents to my bank, and the entire process couldn't have gone much smoother. I was in and out in less than five minutes, which made for a very efficient visit. The store was clean, organized, and everything moved quickly. The associate helped me get my package on its way without any issues, and the transaction was simple from start to finish. If I had one suggestion, it would be that a friendly smile can make a good customer experience even better. That's certainly subjective, and the service itself was still solid, but I always appreciate when employees add that personal touch.   This is the FedEx place I use ALL the time and it is fabulous. The employees are all knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Today was the first time I printed something on the self-serve copiers and the system was VERY user-friendly. I would 100% recommend this place for shipping and printing. And the bathroom is clean, too!
