  I came in the day after July 4th. Was met by a young man Jacob. He helped me get into a new service contract after leaving Visible. The young man got me into the cricket app and even showed me HBO! I love watching Superman! Joining cricket is the best decision I have ever made! I will be returning. Thank you Jacob and god bless!

  I had a wonderful experience ,earlier this month we went to this location,I was in the process of switching my daughters company's /adding a line and my previous company was making it such a hassle .The Hispanic manger (I forgot her name )on duty gave us directions on what was needed to make a smooth switch. After a major hassle with straight talk, We were able to get a phone that day in store and even though it was late and close to closing time because it took so long for straight talk to release the number,she was still patient and didn't rush us . It was a great experience .I have 2 other lines that are due for upgrades in June and we'll be coming back to this location because the customer service was so great .
