  I had a GREAT experience at the Advanced Auto Parts store thanks to Carlos. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed for my vehicle. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. I would definitely recommend this store because of employees like him!

  Carlos Ramirez was incredible!! He went above and beyond. My car broke down and as a senior was at a loss of what to do. He found the issue and connected me to a good honest mechanic. He is the Best!! Highly recommend him. So kind and compassionate!!

  I went to Advance Auto Parts for a serpentine belt, and Carlos helped me out; even though it wasn't for a car, he took the time to look for it and helped me find it. I had previously gone to AutoZone, where they required the make, model, and year, and they couldn't help me. AutoZone has such a poor system, and the employees don't go the extra mile for their customers. I’ll be going back to Advance Auto for my car needs.

  Carlos was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the right battery for my car and even helped me install it. He also helped me find the touch-up paint, and the color was an exact match! He was very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much, Carlos, for making everything so easy! Great customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
