I had such a great experience at this Cricket Wireless store! Angelica was absolutely wonderful—she was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Thank you, Angelica, for making my experience so easy and pleasant! I’ll definitely be back.

I came to Rockport for the music festival and on the way here the screen on my phone went totally blank. I stopped at the Cricket store to either get it repaired or get new phone. The girl that helped me I didn't get her name but she was awesome. Very helpful. She upgraded my phone and she was able to recover my account. Great customer serviceI definitely recommend this store
