  This UPS location does a phenomenal job every time I go in and have a transition. The process is smooth and quick. The team is friendly and efficient. Tim, one of the team members does a great job every time he helps me. Thanks Tim.

  I just had such a good experience working with the store manager, Jared Martinez, on a day that had been stressful that I just had to write let the store know. I came in the store all frazzled and he walked me through the several different tasks I’d walked in the store needing to address. He was positive, calm, and understanding. Everyone I’ve worked with at the store has been great, but Jared’s professionalism and calming vibe made me want to write here today!

  Store says closes at 4. locked doors to customers prior to biz hrs. Called to clarify and stated they close doors at 4. Asked for manager and was told to call this number. Called the number was told they close at 4. Still talking before 4. Was told to call the store the following day to complain. Weird. It would be a call to the store who doesnt finish the day. Customer service is lost on todays workers. Oh. More people where in line before 4 and still locked out. Wished I could leave early and get paid
