  To the Amazing person I met at the Subway in Roanoke TX today. I apologize for not asking your name, I hope you remember who YOU are. You are super amazing and have the patience of grace. I was there during a time where it was extremely busy, your coworker was very dismissive and useless. He was very rude and spoke down to you whilst you single handedly were steadily and kindly moving through orders one by one. You gave each customer the dedicated attention to each one of their asks. You didn't rush anyone or sloppily throw ingredients onto a chosen bread you took mindfulness and attention to people's experience with food that is only often found in such special individuals in this world. You made time to not only manage that but to quietly and as not to disturb the stillness in the air you often made time to look up and make eye contact with each person waiting surprisingly patiently in line. YOU singlehandedly set the time for the environment, and it was so delightfully pleasant and calm. An often and quite frequently busy and fast moving seconds of life. YOU are wonderful. My hope is that you take that special soul of yours and conquer your dreams. You are talented and deserving of your most vulnerable joys. Also the Sandwich was delicious!

  Shout out to the employee named Elizabeth! I had a great experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. Everything was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and my order was prepared quickly.

  We went in for lunch on a Friday and ordered 3 sandwiches - 2 of them club sandwiches (one Subway Club and one All American Club). One the ordered was started, we were told this location was out of turkey at this particular time, and we responded with "OK, make them without the turkey then." We were charged EXTRA for both sandwiches!! They claimed they "had to" ring one up as a roast beef sandwich with ham added and the other as a ham sandwich with bacon added. This made the cost of both sandwiches MORE than the cost of the original club sandwiches with a missing protein (we did not get extra of the meats that were included). I'm not sure what business model says to charge customers more for missing primary ingredients, but we will not be back for it.

  I've said it once and I'll say it again. Whoever that girl is that works there is the best sandwich artist ever. Every ingredient in every bite every time. I wish I knew her name. But it was a online order around 530 pm. The world needs more of her.

  One of the ladies (the one who doesn't wear glasses) has a terrible attitude when serving customers. The service she provides is abysmal.
