  Ordered ahead, but they hadn't started when I arrived. Ordered and paid for meatballs he said they didn't have any prepared and basically said he'd make me anything else which was annoying, but we ate. Took 20 minutes when I intended to walk in and walk out. There was only one employee working which just isn't fair to anyone to be alone in a store. He couldn't do refunds either there was another customer requesting a refund.

  Second time with a bad experience with the same employee. Younger guy with dark shaggy hair. He is sick with a cold coughing and sneezing all over the place. Pretty gross since it’s a food establishment. The second issue is his attitude and laziness. First time my husband asked if they had any BBQ chips and his response was, “what you see if what you get” My experience today was I showed up and another employee had to go get him, he had food all over his face and when I asked if they had any veggie patties which they do at that location we have ordered them there before was no. I asked if he was sure and he was like I guess I will check. Seemed bothered I asked him to check. They were out which was fine it was the lack of customer service. Then he was coughing and sneezing all over the place so I decided to not eat there. Terrible service. Also if you are sick do not serve food!

  To the Amazing person I met at the Subway in Roanoke TX today. I apologize for not asking your name, I hope you remember who YOU are. You are super amazing and have the patience of grace. I was there during a time where it was extremely busy, your coworker was very dismissive and useless. He was very rude and spoke down to you whilst you single handedly were steadily and kindly moving through orders one by one. You gave each customer the dedicated attention to each one of their asks. You didn't rush anyone or sloppily throw ingredients onto a chosen bread you took mindfulness and attention to people's experience with food that is only often found in such special individuals in this world. You made time to not only manage that but to quietly and as not to disturb the stillness in the air you often made time to look up and make eye contact with each person waiting surprisingly patiently in line. YOU singlehandedly set the time for the environment, and it was so delightfully pleasant and calm. An often and quite frequently busy and fast moving seconds of life. YOU are wonderful. My hope is that you take that special soul of yours and conquer your dreams. You are talented and deserving of your most vulnerable joys. Also the Sandwich was delicious!
