If I could give zero stars I would yesterday there was a Caucasian bigger male that was working the morning shift and he was extremely rude. I have epilepsy and the medication I take for it slows down my thought process so when me and my husband were ordering the guy asked what I would like I responded “ umm can I have a ham and white American cheese” the. He cut me off and said “ we don’t sale um here “ extremely unprofessional I was expecting him to know of my condition but you never know why someone is pausing or saying um I rather him had said “ take your time “ then my fiancé was recording a vlog video and the guy didn’t know and my husband was checking the calories list because he plays professional football and the guy sad “ I hope you know the menu is up there “ my husband and I both looked at each other shocked and I was about to say let’s leave but he was already making the food I should have just left . Then my brother was ordering and the employee said what kind of cheese would you like my brother said “ oh yeah cheese , can I have American “ the employee responded “ no it’s not yes cheese , it’s what cheese do you want on the sandwich so pick one “ my brother then looked at us and was very surprised he was talking to us like this. We have majority of this incident on recording because my husband was doing a vlog and this will be going to corporate I do not care if the employees or owner of this establishment don’t care or think this is something small . They need to do some type of retraining on customer service

Normal subway , but the perks were it wasn't packed out, toppings were FRESH, and service was fast !

My only issue, was asking the employee. To bake my bread, a little longer. I like the bread to be crunchy, I'll be back.

What has happened to customer service? Is there such a thing as customer satisfaction anymore? The Subway at 5510 River Oaks Blvd in River Oaks TX just took it to a new level. From using the phone and ignoring there customers to becoming belligerent when asked why they were on the phone, to throwing our food at my girlfriend, which by the way struck her in the face. All we wanted was to order some food, gladly PAY for our food and go about our way. We were regular customers of this Subway and did our part to support them during this pandemic. And this was the thanks we received. So my advice to you if your ever passing through River Oaks and feel like having a Subway sandwich is to keep driving. Subways are everywhere don’t waste your money at this location. They won’t get another penny of mine. I promise you!!
