Dalinda is probably the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know how she is still employed here. There have been multiple times that she’s been this way to me. I saw a review defending her from another person that wrote about their bad experience with her and I’m here to say that you can’t invalidate what multiple people have experienced. I’m sure that “review” was written by Dalinda herself honestly. “Customer service goes both ways” absolutely not. As a service worker you have a duty to be friendly to customers, something she has never done for me and others apparently. She is rude and rolls her eyes. Additionally, there’s a guy who only spoke in Spanish who kept staring at me asking me for my name for some reason. This is the worst Subway location. Managers need to get on the ball seriously.
To that one review about Dalinda…I am a big lover of Subway and have had Dalinda multiple times, but I’ve had very completely different experiences with Dalinda. She is always polite, patient, and handles everything professionally. Sometimes there can be misunderstandings with orders, especially with combos and substitutions, but from other workers.. Not from what I’ve seen of her, she does her best to help customers and keep things running smoothly. It’s easy to assume attitude in a busy environment, but customer service goes both ways. From my visit, she stayed respectful and focused on doing her job correctly. I appreciate her effort and the way she treated me.

I had a really frustrating experience today because of a worker named Pablo. One thing that stood out right away was a lack of attention to hygiene, which made me uncomfortable as a customer. From the moment I walked in, his attitude also felt dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of being welcoming, he seemed annoyed and gave short, unclear responses.
What made it worse was the lack of professionalism, no greeting, no effort to be polite, and it honestly felt like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. Customer service is supposed to make people feel welcomed, not like a burden.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management addresses this, because it definitely affects how customers see the business.
Don’t listen to the reviews, Dalinda is super rude. I went today at 1 PM. I told her that for our combos the chips were going to be cookies and my drink was going to be bottled. She gave us the cookies and then gave us a rude, blank stare when we waited for the cup. After finding out that she purposely ignored me and charged me everything separately, she rudely got after me saying that I have to be the one to make it a combo for the drink??? It’s almost like that’s exactly what I had told you I wanted. This lady just did whatever she wanted. Clearly doesn’t value her job. Mind you, she never mentioned/asked about it being a combo. It’s almost like that’s your job lady. I had already mentioned them being combos. Rolling your eyes at customers and arguing with them instead of admitting that you’re wrong isn’t the way to go about things. As I was eating in the lobby I overheard her and the other employee who only spoke Spanish talking bad about me.

They just did it just the way I asked for.
