  1st time at this FedEx location and I have to say, wasn't expecting hospitality (cause the way society is now) but was very pleased with the welcoming and professionalism.

  They don't have phones. They all list a 800 number, and if you are unlucky enough to actually reach a human, they will not speak sufficient english to solve any problem. Don't even bother. Call UPS instead.
