  I see why they have a terrible rating. This was the worse Wingstop that I’ve ever had. The fries were soggy and they were supposed to be cooked well down. My chicken didn’t have much flavor and my corn was oily. No wonder that were asking people to take a survey.

  I called after placing an online order, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and seemed disinterested in assisting me. He quickly hung up without any courtesy or manners.

  ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ This has to be the worst Wingstop location in all of Houston. Do NOT order through their website. The staff is getting orders completely wrong. We ordered all flats and received half flats and half drums. We never ordered cheese fries, and the drinks were flat and tasted awful. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location.

  First time eating here! We picked up our order tonight from this location and the guys behind the counter were rude to my husband and couldn’t even be bothered to help him get the right order. We got home both orders of wings were overcooked and tasteless. Will not be returning!
