  yesterday I went to this subway and Marisa was my sandwich artist, she was very sweet and kind I would recommend asking for her when you go.🙏

  I am writing to share some disappointing feedback regarding my visit to your store on June 25th at 5:15 PM. I purchased a 6-inch sub and a lemonade from the cooler. Because the bottled beverage was not very cold, I politely requested a courtesy water cup for some ice. The employee working behind the counter who unfortunately presented with an unshaven appearance and poor hygiene refused to provide one unless I paid for it. He cited issues with local high school students taking advantage of the cups. It is incredibly frustrating to be penalized for the actions of teenagers, especially immediately after paying for a meal. I have been a loyal, weekly customer at this location, but treating a paying patron this way is unacceptable. If this is how you choose to nickel-and-dime your regulars, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
