I do not recommend this location for purchasing a new cricket phone. We called to see if they had the phone and we were told they did, so we drove there and told the representative which phone we wanted, she told us a total that was much higher than the price online and when I questioned the difference, she said that was just taxes and fees. Then AFTER we paid, she said they don't keep all the phones at the store so she had to order it from the warehouse and it would be about 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later the phone arrived. We had to leave so we said we would set it up at home. She told us goodbye and I asked when I would get my receipt, and then suddenly she started telling me that cricket sells the phones in bundles and she handed me a charger. I said I don't want a bundle, I don't need a charger and she kept saying thats just how cricket sells these phones. She printed the receipt and I found out she added the protection plan and a $60 charger that I did not ask for and she lied calling it "taxes and fees" when I originally questioned the higher price. She also lied about the cost of the phone when I questioned the higher price. Online it said $189.99 and she said it was over $200, but the receipt says $189.99, so she lied about the price of the phone to help cover up all the extra stuff she added that I didn't want. She was also going to let us walk out without the charger because she only handed it to me AFTER I asked for the receipt. When I kept telling her we didn't ask for extras and we didn't want them, she just kept saying "that's how cricket does it", so it sounded like I was not going to be getting a refund.
I just spent almost an hour on hold to speak to cricket customer service, only for them to tell me I have to go back to the store to return the charger to get my money back.
This was not a good experience and we will never purchase another phone from this location again because they scam their customers every way they can.
I will say the lady was kind, but scammers normally are.
