  I came here because my mobile phone screen cracked and repairing it would have been almost as expensive as getting a new phone and I was shopping around for new customer deals. I stepped into this location to shop and the salesperson greeted me. He showed me a few good models, but I told him about my predicament. I felt he asked me the right questions to get me the phone best suited to my needs. Honestly, I thought he was one of the best salesperson that I've ever encountered. He wasn't pushing me to the most expensive model, but really wanted to help me find exactly what I wanted. That's the way SHOULD be. He was very helpful with explaining the features and benefits of each model until I settled for a Samsung A37 mobile. He then helped me to transfer my number and data to Cricket and my mobile without any issues. Very patient. Overall I found the entire process to be seamless and without any complaints.
