    So my check engine light comes on. I pull in ask the nice lady to hook up the diagnostic machine . she does . then she asked if I wanted to take a picture of the codes so I could go home and look them up then come back and buy the parts from her. I shook my head and when I looked down, she’s standing there in flip-flops and black socks on the job telling me I have to go look up the codes. I don’t know how you train your employees, but if you wanna sell your parts, have them look up the code so they can buy the parts on the spot. I just went somewhere else.

    I have never had a positive experience when visiting. I will visit them only when I am too lazy to drive to O'Reilly auto parts yet because they are not helpful I still go to O'Reilly. Advanced Auto Parts have never never been helpful. I don't know if the prices are are less than other places yet that doesn't matter if they don't care about the customer. It is worth the drive to visit any of the other auto parts stores. There are 3 others in the area so it is not necessary to visit this horrible place.

    Don’t go here if you need a battery for your key fob. They have the batteries but according to the employee at the counter, they don’t put them in. I wasn’t upset and said I’d go somewhere else. She said she would do it and did, but she was not happy and acted like I had imposed on her. I’ve never had that problem at any O’Reily’s or Autozone. Every employee at those locations has been polite and helpful. I will be sure to go to one of those from now on.

    Several customers, including myself, were outside the store on Mason Rd. before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM. However, the manager, Harold, chose to close the store early and refused to let anyone in. There was no explanation given, even though we arrived during normal business hours. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. If a store is going to close early, customers should at least be informed with a sign or explanation. Turning people away without communication shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again.

    I need to buy a headlight and what I seen and heard while I was in the store is real customer service at it's finest the lady was helping a rude customer "the customer was yelling and throw his key fob at her when she asked what kind car it was for the lady calmly told him here a YouTube video on how to open the key fob the customer started to yell some more at her that she needed to open it for him when more customers came in and she politely asked the customer to stop yelling that this was a place of business.And he said he did not care and started to yell some more, she said.If he could not keep it down, that she will have to call the police he said he did not care. That's when I stepped in and said I saw you assault and scream at this lady all in while she's been nothing but polite and trying to guide you. And while talking to him, he was yelling and walking out the store wow now that's having patience and customer service skills I'm a forever customer now!!!!!!!!!
