  I was in the area today and after having a bad experience at the Braums down the street, I decided to stop here. Thank you for the hospitality and the hot fresh food that you provided for me. I’ll keep you guys in mind when I’m in the area. Thanks again. PS…the Mango Habanero was on point! Had the voodoo fries as well. All was great!

  100% true story. A few months back, a roach came out of my fries while dining in at this location. I told staff they said that they believed me because they’re “all in the kitchen too.” I got a refund. I reached out to the store and corporate and no one responded or followed up. They just ignored it. I haven’t eaten wingstop since. They’ll likely ignore this too.
