  Terrible customer service. You need better management. I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting on my order. I asked this lady 1 question its been more than 10 minutes do you know how much longer. She shakes her head multiple times. Says some disrespectful stuff and starts walking away. Excuse me? All I asked is how much longer I have been waiting over 10 minutes. Another employee refused to hand out a water cup to someone else who was waiting. Being in the service industry means SERVICE. Look at other reviews they say the same thing about attitude.

  Haven’t typically had issues with this location, however, they clearly have a high turnover over rate which isn’t surprising. Food is fine but check your order because if they leave anything off and you call, they’ll just hang up on you. Multiple times. When I went to go get my fries, apparently the phone “wasn’t working” but it worked just fine for it to connect twice for them to hang up on me. If you’re going to order wingstop, don’t bother with this location.

  The absolute worst customer service ever. I rush to pick up my order while watching the Final Four. I get home and discover they did not include my Ranch dressing. They never once apologized and they acted like I was the bad guy. Despicable!
