  I had a bad impression of this agent before but unfortunately I was their customer when another Allstate agent closed. Things will be fine if you just pay them when nothing happens. Simply changing the old car brought me a lot of trouble with this agent because of the unprofessionalism of this agent and the internal defense of Allstate. It makes me feel like the way Allstate of making money is dirty. If you are a customer of this agent, one day you will soon understand.

  My sale producer, Kieu Nguyen, was very helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to assist us in finding the best policy for my family and making sure everything is clear. All my needs were taken care of and I felt like a valued customer. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service.
