- CRCheyenne RApr 21, 20265.0I went to have a letter notarized. Betty (Bethlehem) was so empathetic, kind and caring. It was a hard letter to notarize, but necessary in my life. I felt the courage to share the encounter with Betty while she was filling out my paperwork. Betty heard me, supported me in the situation I was dealing with and went far above and beyond, more than I could have ever imagined. These are the encounters that change the world, one small person at a time. It wasn't just that I was a customer, but the humanity she met me with, seeing me as a person and seeing the situation I was helping with compassion. These kind of encounters with strangers are what give me faith in humanity. You never know how much being vulnerable may impact someone's life, and you never know the amazing people you might meet until you open up. Thank you Betty. I will be back to this UPS for any and all of my postal and notary needs. You have won a customer who is going to share this experience with everyone in the neighborhood.
